            I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the Board for allowing me to hold the position of Association General Counsel of the Seminole County Bowling Association.

 

            Although I have just started my tenure as Association General Counsel and have only been to a few of the Board meetings, I must say that I was immediately impressed with the professional manner in which you as President and the Board in general conduct business with regard to Association business.

 

            I certainly will give the Association the utmost priority in any legal issue that may arise and intend to go above and beyond the call of duty in providing my service to the Association.

 

            With that said, additionally, I am happy to extend an offer to all sanctioned members of the Association as follows.  In the event a member has a legal problem that does not conflict with my duties as Counsel of the Association that falls within my legal areas expertise and the member decides to retain my legal services, I will give said member(s) a 20% discount off of my regular hourly billing rate for legal services provided.  At your convenience, please relay this information to the members so that they may take advantage of this substantial discount immediately.  Also, it should be noted that my professional biography is located in the 2009-2010 SCBA Yearbook.
